Bonus Wagering Rules

One Account Per Person
Each player is entitled to register one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited. Identity checks are used to detect and prevent multiple account registration.
Fair Play Obligation

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and zk44 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at zk44.app. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the zk44 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.3 Technical Eligibility
To use the zk44 platform, you must:

- Have a valid, personal email address that you own and control;

3. Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To access real-money gambling features on zk44, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
3.2 One Account Rule
Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only on the zk44 platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, or using different device or payment details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed, all pending and historical bonuses will be voided, and any balance arising from activity conducted across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
zk44 is required to conduct identity verification checks in accordance with its anti-money laundering and customer due diligence obligations. You may be requested to provide one or more of the following documents at any time:
- Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence;
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within 90 days;
- Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits;
- Source of Funds: Supporting documentation for large deposits or withdrawals as required by our compliance team.
Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays, account suspension, or closure. zk44 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you notify us promptly that your account has been compromised. Use a unique, strong password and enable any available two-factor authentication features provided by the platform.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
zk44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). zk44 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion facility is provided on the platform.
4.2 Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the account may be subject to enhanced scrutiny. zk44 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account number used for the corresponding deposit, subject to applicable minimum and maximum withdrawal limits. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Processing times vary by method but typically range from a few minutes (mobile money) to 1–3 business days (bank transfer).
zk44 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4.4 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. zk44 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) to accounts that remain inactive beyond this period, following written notice to the registered email address. Players wishing to avoid inactivity fees should log in and contact support to request account closure if they no longer wish to use the platform.
5. Bonus & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
zk44 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds promotions, reload offers, and other incentive schemes to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual offer. The general conditions set out in this section apply to all promotions unless explicitly superseded by the promotion-specific terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Real-money funds in your account are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
zk44 operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension:
- Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
- Using systematic betting strategies (e.g., laying off on external platforms, arbitrage) to circumvent wagering requirements;
- Participating in a promotion using funds that are not your own;
- Coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion collectively.
6. User Obligations
As a registered player on zk44, you agree at all times to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and throughout the lifecycle of your account;
- Keep your account credentials confidential and notify zk44 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
- Ensure that all funds deposited into your zk44 account are legitimately sourced and not derived from any criminal or unlawful activity;
- Play for entertainment purposes and within financial means that you can comfortably afford to lose;
- Comply with any request for verification documentation within the specified timeframe;
- Not use the platform in any way that disrupts, damages, or impairs the service or the experience of other players;
- Accept that gambling outcomes are determined by certified random number generators and/or live dealer results, and that zk44 has no control over the outcome of any individual game or bet;
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction concerning online gambling.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zk44 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person;
- Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin;
- Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform;
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Hacking and Exploits: Attempting to access, alter, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the platform, including exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities;
- Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals or chargebacks on deposits made to zk44;
- Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any person under the age of 18;
- Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, or harassing language toward customer support staff or other players.
8. Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, zk44 will process the request within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
8.2 Closure by zk44
zk44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
- A breach of these Terms has been identified;
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account;
- The player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
- The player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy;
- Regulatory obligations require the account to be closed.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no deposits or gameplay will be possible. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the agreed period. 9. Intellectual Property
All content on the zk44 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the exclusive intellectual property of zk44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the zk44 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the zk44 platform without the express prior written consent of zk44.
Game content provided by studio partners — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is governed by their own licensing arrangements with zk44.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk44 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or damages arising from technical failures, payment processing delays, or the actions of third-party service providers.
zk44's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
zk44 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that all games and features will function error-free at all times, or that the platform will be free from malicious code or technical vulnerabilities. We make reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
11. Amendments to Terms
zk44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to your registered address or by prominent notice on the platform before the revised Terms take effect.
For minor amendments (such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect new features), changes may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the zk44 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact our support team to request account closure prior to the effective date.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
12.1 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute or complaint relating to your account, a transaction, or these Terms, you should first contact the zk44 customer support team at [email protected]. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. We are committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and transparently.
12.2 Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint after the internal review process has been completed, you may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body. Details of available escalation routes will be provided to you at the time of the complaint outcome notification.
12.3 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any formal legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal legal action.
